Witches Healing the Earth: The Air Realm

Objective

The Air Realm is focused on knowledge, data, and factual, science-based evidence and disseminating that information to the masses. Articles and media focused on sustainable technology, scientific or medical advancements, and anything else that falls in the realm of logic, research, and innovation regarding ecological, environmental, and humanitarian causes.

Most of the fact-based journalist reporting is done by the Air Realm. The Air Realm is also home to all content editors that it supports the other Realms by fact-checking, editing and revising content created by other Realms. The Air Realm is also responsible for objective and truthful reporting on events held by Witches Healing the Earth or events Witches Healing the Earth participates in. We can think of the Air Realm as the reporters and investigators of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Air Realm has a heavy focus on innovation, invention, and intellect. Its duties and responsibilities include:

• Fact-based objective reporting (not opinion-based) on current events within science, technology, ecology, humanitarian causes, governmental/policy-based news, etc. as it relates to our areas of focus at Witches Healing the Earth.

• Reporting and media coverage on Witches Healing the Earth events, rallies, demonstrations, and affiliated protests in an objective, well-rounded, and truthful manner.

• Editing and revision of articles and content submitted by the other Realms. The Air Realm also fact-checks and is research-heavy. They are responsible for ensuring the sources we are citing are valid and credible.

Role Needed:

Air Realm Committee Head: Your role will consist of overseeing and leading other members within the Air Realm. You will be looked to as a source of leadership and guidance for your Realm and will take on the responsibility for your entire team and review its contributions to Witches Healing the Earth. You will also act as the head Editor, reviewing your team's edits and revisions to content created by the Air Realm and all other Realms.

Air Realm Staff Reporter (in need of 2): Your role will primarily consist of journalistic writing, with an emphasis on research. You will need to be able to balance factual data with the ability to tell a compelling story to our readers. You will be expected to cover various environmental and humanitarian news with objectivity, including political topics that affect environmental and humanitarian issues. Other topics include sustainable technology and science. Before content is distributed, it must be reviewed by an Air Realm Staff Editor and approved by the Air Realm Committee Head.

Air Realm Staff Journalist (in need of 2): Your role consists of writing articles on various topics relating to science and sustainable technology, similar to that of a Staff Reporter. However, you also have extra freedom to discuss other topics, such as alternative spiritual practices, opinion pieces of hot-button issues, interviews, intimate profiles of witches in our community, and compelling cultural or personal essays. Before content is distributed, it must be reviewed by an Air Realm Staff Editor and approved by the Air Realm Committee Head.

Air Realm Staff Editors (in need of 6): Your role consists of editing and revising articles and web content created by members in all five Realms. You will review, revise, send the article back to the original writer to make necessary revisions, and then review again before sending the article to the Air Realm Committee Head for a final review. The ability to research objectively is crucial for this role.

Air Realm Photographers & Videographers: This creative role within the Air Realm is responsible for illustrating our articles and feature pieces. Some photography and video footage may be captured by you yourself, or it may be sent to you by creators of other Realms. Before content is distributed, it must be reviewed by an Air Realm Staff Editor and approved by the Air Realm Committee Head.
