Witches Healing the Earth: The Water Realm

Objective
The Water Realm is focused on healing and compassion on a global scale, focusing on both ecological and humanitarian efforts. They oversee organization of mass meditation events and mass healing events as well as charity work and humanitarian outreach initiatives.
Work done in this Realm is more passive and energy-based than the active and physical work done by the Fire Realm.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Water Realm has a heavy emphasis on emotions, empathy, healing, and compassion. Its duties and responsibilities include:
Organization of regular mass meditation events.
Organization of mass healing events.
Creation of graphics and marketing materials for the events organized by the Water Realm (must be reviewed and approved by the Air Realm).
Writing articles on healing, love, unity, and compassion.
Creating heart-centered content like poetry, art, music, etc. to feature on our website and social media channels and a way to uplift humanity and the earth.
Roles Needed
Water Realm Committee Head: Your role consists of overseeing and leading the other members within the Water Realm. You will be looked to as a source of leadership and guidance for your branch, and will take on the responsibility for your entire team and review its contributions to Witches Healing the Earth.
Water Realm Event Coordinator: Your responsibility is to organize all Water Realm events, such as mass meditations and mass healing rituals.
Water Realm Social Media Content Creator: Your role includes creating all graphics and marketing materials for upcoming events hosted by the Water Realm. You will also be responsible for gathering images and footage from participants who choose to share for future promotional content.
Water Realm Community Outreach Manager: Your role consists of working closely with the Spirit Realm Community Outreach Manager to connect with other witches and pagans in our global community and network with them. We will be looking for sponsorships and collaborative partners in the witchy, pagan, and spiritual communities, and you will act as the liaison and first point of contact for those partners.
